We chose Cantina Laredo because it had a good selection on the pre-theatre dinner deal menu (3 courses including a glass of prosecco for £30). The food was tasty and the portions were a good size. Our waiter was attentive without being pushy and it was nice that we weren't rushed out after our 5.30pm booking.

Food was fine but the service was very rushed and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our main course was brought to table before we’d finished entree.

Went with a group of friends. The service was great and the food was excellent - particularly great value with the BookaTable set menu which had fantastic choice. Spacious restaurant and good atmosphere. Overall really enjoyed it and would go back as well as highly recommend.

Exceptional. We ordered seven of the smaller dishes, and it is almost impossible to pick a favourite. Everything is so delicious. The service is really very good. This is a popular restaurant and can get noisy, but it's worth it for the food. Also, the tequila infusions and the cocktails are so good! The Mexican hot chocolate is glorious!

The Taco de Rib Eye was more like a starter. We went on the £30 for 3 courses and prosecco deal. The other 3 main courses were lovely as were the other courses. There was lots of atmosphere so it was enjoyable. We didn t query the Taco at the time as it would have spoilt the evening. I emailed the restaurant who have not replied. So am giving the feedback here instead as its 10 days ago we dined there.

Nice atmosphere and tasty food. We ordered from the set price theatre menu which was had a good selection and reasonably priced for London. I would say however that some of the dishes were quite different in size... My boyfriend (who normally eats twice as much as me!) ordered his meal and when it came it was easily less than half the size of mine which meant he was left quite hungry and watching me eat... He is also coeliac and we chose it because they have a range of dishes that are, or can be made to be gluten free, however there are no gluten free desserts on the set menu which was a little disappointing especially as he was left quite hungry from his tiny main! They also added on a whopping 12.5% tip...perhaps this is normal in London, but in my opinion a tip should be discretionary and not automatically assumed. I am more than happy to leave one if the service was good but do not appreciate it being assumed...

Great menu, ambiance and service from the staff. Loved the offer menu. Waiter had good knowledge of menu to recommend vegan alternative for one of the diners. Food was delicious and filling.
