Set on Ruislip High Street, Café Rouge boasts a spacious dining area and hearty French cuisine. Full of character, the warm restaurant has original beams, red banquettes and cosy charm.
As part of the nationwide group of Café Rouge restaurants, this branch offers their range of classic French dishes such as confit duck, beef bourguignon, steak frites and mussels. Smaller dishes are also on offer for a lighter bite. Particularly good value for money are the set menus for lunch and dinner (available most days). To accompany the food there is also a good range of French wines, many from less well known producers.
In true French style, breakfast is also an important meal at Café Rouge. With croissants, pain au chocolat, omelettes and croques, as well as hot chocolate, tea and all types of coffees, it makes a great start to the day.
Just a 10-minute walk from Ruislip Tube Station for great links to central London, and perfect after a shopping trip along the high street, Café Rouge caters for lovers of all French cuisine.

Dined at 8.00pm Meal Cooked Perfectly, Tasted Great Seating: squashed into the smallest place in the restaurant, no elbow room at all and right opposite the bar. Service was slow to start, then the meal was rushed, we we're finished and out by 10.00pm.

Had a really enjoyable evening with some friends at this restaurant. It was a lovely sunny evening and the doors were open letting in some nice cool air. The food was really nice and the service was brilliant. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome.

Table was set up for 6 (4 adults - 2 6 year olds)in a very pleasant spot. Service was attentive but tried to 'up sell' all the time on drinks and desserts - but otherwise very good. Ordered off menu for one of the 6 year olds - not a problem!

Dined at 7pm, not busy but a good atmosphere. Waitress very attentive and pleasant. Food excellent. Other staff extremely helpful. But we were placed by the toilets and the restaurant was not busy and they did not have a pleasant aroma!(sewage smell, although this did not affect us at the table, only in the toilet)But they were clean.
