Friday evening meal. Long wait to be served, it took over an hour for the first course to arrive. Waitress "forgot" a drinks order. Poor communication on the delays which were blamed on a group of 12 before us. Over 2 and a half hours for the whole meal. The food was good but the delays spoiled the experience.

Excellent pre cinema meal, in a good central location. Faultless food. Wonderfully attentive and friendly staff (especially waitress Emily), nothing was too much trouble.

Good central venue to meet friends after work.

The desserts are delicious.

We dined on a Sunday afternoon before visiting the cinema. The choice was poor as there were no steaks at all left or mussels and some of the starters were also unavailable. The service was good and friendly although a little slow. The food was ok, but a few of the dishes were cold (mashed potato). Enjoyable but could have been better.

We dined early on New Year's Eve before going on somewhere else. The staff were (quite understandably) getting ready for later that evening and were quite pleasant but food was barely average and not up to the standard we have had before from other branches of this chain. Certainly not worth what we paid. Might as well have gone to [...].

Very nice place, good food food, poor service ( was over xmas period but seem to struggle - had to wait an hour for our meal) One table of around 12 females spoiled the ambience being particulary loud (to go as far as shouting)
