Inside the bustling Corn Exchange, Cabana Manchester is a bright, colourful venue to enjoy mouthwatering Brazilian street food. Sizzling skewers are a speciality here, with South American beers and cocktails served from the bar, all to a rhythmic Brazilian soundtrack.
Designed for sharing, the Cabana menu offers a range of flavour-packed snacks and larger dishes. Tuck into cheesy dough balls with garlic butter, salt cod fritters with lime mayo, or chargrilled halloumi with guava dip. Mains with a kick include flame-grilled skewers, a stack of ribs, and slow-cooked pork and beef burrito with a black bean stew.
Indulgent desserts round off the menu at Cabana in Manchester. Savour churros with hot chocolate, doughnuts stuffed with Nutella, or the Brazilian overload sundae, packed with caramel chocolate chip and white chocolate ice creams, chocolate truffles and caramel sauce.
A fun, bustling spot that makes for a great refuelling point for weary shoppers, Cabana Manchester is a 5-minute walk from Manchester Victoria Rail Station.

Good service, good quantity of good food. I like how the sauces can be bought home!

The restaurant is very pretty and a nice atmosphere. Lovely drinks however, the CFC starter was awful, like rubber and only just warm definitely not fresh cooked. The steak wasn't too bad but my partners chicken skewers were very disappointing, not served on a skewer, did not look appetising at all and was tough on the outside, not fresh cooked. Long wait between course and the restaurant was not overly busy.
Unfortunately would not return

we were early and were initially seated in a corner quite squashed up. The waiter could see we were not happy and moved us to a booth that would seat 4.
Good range of dish choice however menu colour was hard to read and print was small

Sat at a table that was extremely wonky, it was so crowded we had to push the table right the the bench seats. So it’s lucky my nieces were there to be trapped in otherwise it would not have seated an adult. The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. The pomegranate cooler that I paid £10 for tasted like soda water. And then the meals arrived. They were the most bland looking meals I’ve seen in a restaurant. They looked so slap dashed. No salad garnish just chips thrown onto a plate. My niece then needed to toilet. There was no toilet roll in all 6 cubicles. I had to leave my niece in the toilet to ask someone from behind the bar for some toilet roll. 10 minutes later still no toilet roll. A woman was kind enough to give us some tissue. By the time we got back to the table our food was cold. I will not be visiting again. Highly disappointing.
