Fantastic afternoon tea. I have an unusual food intolerance but they catered for me perfectly and the service and food was great. Pianist was great too. Thank you!

Such a great experience. We went there for an afternoon tea for my mum's birthday, she was absolutely over the moon. Loved the location, loved the food, loved the atmosphere, the music (there was a guitarist singing soft songs)... They even brought us a little birthday cake. I would absolutely recommend it!

'Traditional afternoon tea with a twist' Beautiful food, very well themed and super friendly staff throughout the whole hotel which is a big deal to us. We were also given the option to sit inside as there was a children's party in the outside area, which we really appreciated. Lovely afternoon, would certainly book again.

Amazing afternoon tea with the family! Service absolutely brilliant and made my children feel absolutely spoilt! Food was delicious and great you could keep asking for more! Sandwiches varied and different to other afternoon teas and the cakes were to die for! We will definitely be coming back!!

It was very basic for the amount of money it cost . We had to wait ages as the waiter kept on disappearing for ages , when we wanted anything else. Service was disappointing. Took my daughter for her 13 th birthday. Selection of food wasn't brilliant and they didn't give 2 of everything.

Service and food were amazing! We didn't leave feeling full but had a great time. 10+ experience for kids and adults. Washrooms were extremely clean which is always a bonus. Highly recommend.

My friend and I came here for high tea while visiting London. It is a pretty hotel with a butler opening the door for,you and all. The staff was very nice. The tables were set very nice with white china and a beautiful centrepiece. The food was just ok. It was displayed pretty and you can get as much as you want of the tings you like most so that was nice. A very small variety of food. That could have been better. I think high tea is overpriced for what you get. If you had more options and felt like you were getting a meal instead of a very light lunch, then charge the high price. For this high tea, I felt it was overpriced. It was however a nice treat for,our first time.
