We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon tea, followed by the jazz sounds of the band playing at the bar next to the entrance. The sandwiches and the scones were really fresh. Tea was overwhelmingly delicious. Highly recommended even though a bit pricey.

We had to wait 25 minutes for our table because it wasn’t ready !! When we got seated everything was explained unlimited sandwiches unlimited pastry’s unlimited tea .... However we were left and no one replaced sandwiches we had to ask no one offered anymore tea we had to ask a few times and each time it never showed up !!! One of the managers come over to the table and asked how everything was he was a pleasent young irish man. I had explained about the awful service and he seemed very upset about the way we were treated he offered Champagne and he apologised .. we were there for my daughters 21st birthday so it was a special day unfortunately it was spoilt by BAD customer service

Such a great experience. We went there for an afternoon tea for my mum's birthday, she was absolutely over the moon. Loved the location, loved the food, loved the atmosphere, the music (there was a guitarist singing soft songs)... They even brought us a little birthday cake. I would absolutely recommend it!

Fantastic afternoon tea. I have an unusual food intolerance but they catered for me perfectly and the service and food was great. Pianist was great too. Thank you!

'Traditional afternoon tea with a twist' Beautiful food, very well themed and super friendly staff throughout the whole hotel which is a big deal to us. We were also given the option to sit inside as there was a children's party in the outside area, which we really appreciated. Lovely afternoon, would certainly book again.
