The quality of the food was excellent as was the serviice. The only slight negative was that one dish was delayed in arriving at the table however without us saying anything it was kindly told to us that we would not be charged for the dish due to the delay.

Have dined at several of The Busaba restaurants before. This was the most disappointing experience. The restaurant was so busy, staff clearly overrun and our food was cold. We spent so long trying to get someone’s attention about the cold food we gave up. Even when it came to paying there was so little service going on that we left our table and waited at one of the desks for about another 10 minutes to pay. Busaba isn’t a cheap restaurant and such average service and food is really disappointing, regardless of whether it was a pre-gig meal or not.

Not authentic at all - I had chicken pad thai. Noodles were ok but dry chicken. Poor selection of Thai dishes. Quality ok. Wouldn't rush back

We both had pad Thai, with mine being the spicier option, both were very tasty. Big disappointment was that as there was an event on ay the O2 there was a largely reduced menu, which didn't give many options. I was looking forward to a number of dishes that I had previously seen on the menu that was not available on the reduced menu.

I ate outside which was very pleasant in the summer heat! My seafood pad thai was somewhat flavourless, lacking the usual "punch" I get from eating thai food!

Dishes were all delicious. And a fare cost . Service was quick which was good given we were going to a concert. Chicken satay particularly good. Staff also very friendly

The restaurant was very modern with pleasant lighting and atmosphere. Our favourite dishes are the calamari starters (fish & vegetarian option). The choice on the menu is varied with great options for vegetarians too.
