I booked the climb and dine experience, it was good value for money! I arrived a bit later than I’d booked for due to the climb but they still took me right to a table of my choice. It’s a very cosy, relaxed atmosphere in busaba. Our drinks came very quickly and we soon ordered our meal from the climb and dine set menu. Unfortunately my first choice wasn’t available for some reason but went with my back up. All the food came out quickly, very well presented and steaming hot! It tasted amazing!

I was very disappointed with the service-I booked the table for2.30 and we got to the restaurant well in time . We didnt get served till 2.45 and had to wait for another 15 minutes. We asked for an extra plate and had to make a second request to another person. The salad was not available and the receipt was just dropped on the table. I won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone

It was really busy two hours before a concert was due to start at the O2, but the staff all coped admirably well. Quick service and really tasty Thai food at reasonable prices. All food ordered does come at the same time irrelevant to whether it's from starters or mains menu but that was okay with us. It's not a relaxing/quiet meal - it's a fast paced place where you sit on big tables with lots of other people, but we were fine with that too. The place had a real buzz to it.

We love Busaba restaurants; the food is amazing, made to the highest standard, and service always impeccable. This particular one was incredibly noisy, unlike the Store Street or the Panton Street branches, but maybe because it was very full before the concert ay O2.

When booking I put in a special birthday request which Busaba did not acknowledge. Service was also slow and we had to get the waiters attention on many occasions. I noticed people who came after us got served quicker.

Excellent food whichbqrrived incredibly quickly- particularly handy for those going to a concert at the O2.
Just a shame that the FOH service did not quite keep up the standard. It was difficult to get anyone’s attention to order, drinks came after the food, hard to pay the bill. It wasn’t bad, but the food was let down by the service.
Having said that, I would go back for convenience on a show night.

Very cold in the restaurant. Unhelpful staff. Were not made aware that all food would come out at once, so we sent our mains back. they said they would keep them warm. They bought them back out about 5 mins later when we were still eating our starter. They took them away again and after about 45 mins we had to order again when we eventually got someone's attention. Got the feeling we were being ignored. didn't like the fact that everyone is on large tables. Very impersonal.
