Service at times was very slow, more so when wanting drinks.
We understand that there were staffing issues & grill issues in the kitchen & the staff were friendly & pleasant
Yet we were waiting to be served/asked if we wanted another drink or coffee for over 20mins at which point we decided to take the bill & leave

If you want to be ignored then please dine here!
Our starters came out boiling hot but unfortunately the mains were a different story. They came out warm and by the time we were half way through it was stone cold. Very disappointing. Tried to order a second drink but getting the servers attention was impossible even though there were 2 standing right behind us! Finally got our 2nd drink and they didn't even take away our dirty glasses. We asked to see the dessert menu which we got but then no one came to ask if we wanted anything so we decided against ordering any. Asked for the bill and yet again no one came over to take payment. In the end we decided to get up put our coats on and asked to pay on our way out. Also the ladies toilets were freezing but clean. Seriously disappointed in the way we were treated and would definitely not return in the future!

Chicken soup was bland and overpriced, green curry very sweet (sugar?) and squash undercooked. Not impressed.

Great night out at the Summer Live Party, good food, great drinks and fine entertainment. My only reservation was that the 6:00 guests didn't seem to want to leave, so anyone booking at 7:30 got less of a look-in in terms of food, drinks and tables.
