Service was a bit sparse (it was between lunch and dinner around 15:30) but food was excellent.

We enjoy the food here. Good choice and value for the set menu. They were very busy and our food took quite a while. Normally the prawn crackers would come first, whilst your waiting, however they came with the food. Other than that, it was very nice.

Food was awesome. Lots of new dishes on the menu and all tasted fresh and great. Old favourites, Thai calamari, still there and tasty as ever. Unfortunately service was terrible. Our waiter, who I think was the manager of that branch, was clearly put out that he actually had to pay attention to anyone. Not only did I have to struggle for ages to make eye contact with someone to get service at the table but once he did come over if we didn’t get our ordering and requests to him in a 30 second timeframe he would just walk off. So rude and dismissive. Really ruined what could have been a 10/10 meal given the excellent food. The bill came and they’d forgotten to take the deposit off, so we went through all that again. All this when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy, hate to see what it would be like when it is. Very disappointing.

Very very slow, took 30 minutes with a reminder to get a cup of tap water!

We were one hour early (5pm) but the restaurant was fairly empty so we could eat. It took the waiter a few attempts to understand the deal we had booked. My aubergines were raw in parts - very inedible. At 6.20pm a waitress rather abruptly put the bill on the table. Given that we had booked the table for 6pm, we had effectively only been there for 20 mins!
