Winning praise from renowned restaurant critic Jay Rayner, Bundobust Manchester is a funky, modern basement setting on Piccadilly for creative Indian street food. With a communal ambience and a great selection of craft beers from local and international brewery, this is a great choice for diners looking for a new take on Indian dining.
Exotic Gujarat-inspired street food goes into the colourful Bundobust Manchester menu, served in small portions, perfect for sharing. Okra fries go perfectly with the beers on offer, and come seasoned with black salt and mango powder, while North England influences can be found in dishes like the spicy mushy pea and potato cakes. There are traditional curries and signature bhajis which are vegetarian and gluten-free, with a selection of sides like rice and breads also available.
A packed beer menu at Bundobust in Manchester features craft brews from the local area and further afield. Indian-inspired cocktails are made with creative blends of exotic infusions, while for dessert there is Indian ice cream.
An exciting addition to the city’s dining scene, Bundobust Manchester is just a 4-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Rail Station.

My favourite restaurant. I only wish we had it in London, but we'd probably ruin it. The tarka dahl is my desert island dish.

My booking was for 12, as we had brought DJs over for a club night we were putting on that evening. Our meal could not have gone smoother, from getting our table, to the staff and getting our food. It was enjoyed by all.

Every dish was packed with flavour that I've been craving since visiting. The non-alcoholic drinks were also absolutely delicious!

The okra fries are to die for! Highly recommend the paneer and mushroom tandoori kebabs and the best dahl I've had anywhere. Great for those on a gluten-free diet.
