Bully?s is possibly one of the most unusual restaurants you are likely to visit in Wales. With only eight battered and mismatched tables, it is small and crowded, and offers exceptional food and exquisite fine wines. The rustic atmosphere is conducive to both romantic liaisons and larger gatherings, but it is the food that takes centre stage. The French chef uses Welsh ingredients to create traditional French dishes that are truly astounding. You might like to try frog?s legs with garlic and parsley, quenelles of pike served with crab béchamel, or perhaps medallions of veal with caramelised apple and cream sauce. Desserts range from an assortment of cheeses to the more unusual lavender crème brulée. The attention to detail here is superb. Vive la Taff!
