Bouchon (French for cork) specialises in traditional dishes from Lyon with creative touches lent by the chef. Each dish is a work of art; fragrant herbs highlight the main courses as well as the desserts. The menu changes monthly, but Carre Agneau, Gratin de Legumes, and Jus d'Agneau au Thym are just a few of the offerings. You pay for wine per centimetre, not per bottle. The beautiful mosaic-tiled floor, yellow walls and green skirting boards are reminiscent of the French countryside, and old photos on the walls complete the atmosphere.
