This was a totally outstanding experience. I would thoroughly recommend Afternoon Tea - the venue is beautiful, the staff outstanding, food amazing to look at & delicious.

Such a great place! Really lovely atmosphere, great service and wonderful food. We had the afternoon tea, which was lovely. I'll definitely be back to try the lunch and dinner menus. It's in an amazing location, which I must have walked past dozens of times without noticing it. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I took my friend for an afternoon tea to treat for her birthday.
I been there before twice, and both times I had a great time, that’s why I knew I was going have a good time in this time too.
And we did. The service was great, nice and clean. Also they made a small cake with candle for my friend to celebrate her birthday.
That was very nice of them.
However there were little things that caught my eyes and bit disappointed such as the cake tower (for the afternoon tea) tray weren’t levelled, leaning one side which I mentioned it to the waitress but she was saying it’s ok, it’s perfectly safe. And one of the jam ramekin was chipped and some flys are around. These are very small things but I wanted to have perfect service, because it’s an afternoon tea.
Overall my friend and I had a great time.

Booked this restaurant as it is next door to the theatre we attended. The staff were excellent, attentive but not overly zealous when taking plates and crockery from the table. The set menu was good value and there was plenty of time between courses and we were asked if we wanted more time before the dessert was brought out. Good espresso martinis to finish off with.

Absolutely outstanding from the moment we walked in. Beautiful food (afternoon tea) which was probably the best afternoon tea I've had (and I've done the 'big' ones in London) I've ever had. The service was also exceptional - really friendly without being too imposing, very helpful and genuinely pleased to see us enjoying our food and drink. I have recommended this afternoon tea to so many people! A fantastic afternoon treat.

We booked an afternoon tea at Brumus following the suggestion of one of my English colleagues. From the moment we got in the service was amazing. Dimitra was beyond accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant. It was our very first afternoon tea in London and she was kind enough to walk us through the menu and explain the whole idea behind the design and philosophy of Brumus. We ordered a full afternoon tea menu along with tea and sparkling water. The selection of treats was a very good balance between sweet and savoury. I mostly enjoyed the sausage rolls, the raspberry bavarois sable and of course the scones which were fantastic. We had a refill in scones and sandwiches which was very well appreciated. As for the atmosphere of Brumus, it was cozy and relaxed whilst the design and the china were very sophisticated and elegant. Both of my friends agreed that this was definitely the highlight of our trip in London food-wise and thanked me for booking our afternoon tea there. Special thanks to Dimitra for the exquisite service and for making us feel like home. We will come back for sure!

Outstanding afternoon tea in celebration of a friend’s birthday. Our waiter took the trouble to ask if the occasion was a celebration and having informed him that in fact 2 birthdays were being celebrated in the course of the tea 2 delightful little ‘birthday delicacies’ appeared - an unexpected touch. The service was faultless and the afternoon tea itself outstanding. Although the venue does not boast chandeliers and huge armchairs the excellent quality of all other components would prompt me to return to Brumas in preference to a high end hotel.
