Despite the negative comments from previous reviews, I could not fault the service or quality of food

Love it here, been here twice now and enjoyed it both times, great service, great food and good wine!

Tried Brio for the first time and both agreed it was the best pasta we've ever eaten! Waiter was friendly. We went early so it was fairly quite...apart from the group of 16 foreign students that came in!! Excellent.

My family dined in the evening. This was ment to be a treat as our wedding anniversary. I would not recommend to anyone who has Coeliacs as pasta had normal wheat pasta mixed in with it. Food was uninspiring, lacked flavour and not piping hot when arrived at our table. I will not recommend the Worthing branch to family and friends.

The "boss" gave me one of those excellent italian Brandys, after two in the resturant already, as I was getting into a taxi right outside. Wonderful, because the taxi driver took the glass back when returning to the rank.

Our table for 4 people was booked for 8pm and although we arrived 20 minutes early and the restaurant was extremely busy we were shown to a table straight away and did not have to wait too long to order our food.[...]

Have always wanted to try brio's, so decided even after reading other people's comments slating the place that I would book a table and give it a try. I booked for 6 adults last Saturday evening at 8pm - there was an open air concert next door at steyne gardens, so were more people about than normal - The restaurant was packed, we were given a choice of sitting inside or outside - we chose inside. We ordered our drinks whilst waiting for two other people in our group to arrive, and were served pretty much straight away - Waiters were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, food was excellent, and we were not rushed through our courses. Will definately dine there again

NOT IMPRESSED. FIRST TIME BEEN OUT IN AGES AND HUSBANDS TREAT SO RELUCTANT TO COMPLAIN. FOOD UNSPECTACULAR. MY STEAK, ALTHOUGH REQUESTED MEDIUM TO WELL DONE WAS BLOODY AND HAD BONE ON THE END. HUSBAND TOUCHED VERY LITTLE OF HIS FOOD. [...]WOULD NOT RUSH BACK!

[...]restaurant really busy and too many covers all crowded into a small space. Service terrible, took at least 1/2 to order drinks and anyother 1/4 to order food. after about 1/2 the starters came. quite large and very nice. about 3/4 after the starters the main meal came. we had finished all the wine by then food ok. then when the bill came they charged us service charge (when on the menu it stated that they would charge a service charge if more than 5 people) we had 4. Not happy at all but they did take this off the bill. will not be going back again and will not recommend this place.
