Was disappointed that the menu you advertised on your website wasn't available until the beginning of January, but your site said it was from 27th December. We were told this as we entered the restaurant, we decided to stay. We were offered a similar menu with more choice. The starter was very nice & we enjoyed them. However we both ordered the steak option, to me it looked like a frozen product.....not nice, very tough, dry & tasteless, we both left most of it. However, the staff were lovely, very attentive & polite.

Overall good food although went especially for Wagyu beef and it was served tepid - needs to be a bit warmer. By end of meal it was cold. Served on a cold slate which did not help. Service was slow and when we arrived waitress said hello and then went to take an order from a table leaving us at reception area for several minutes instead of showing us to our table.
