Very disappointing experience. Having booked online (the night before) for an afternoon tea with my daughter who had just settled into University of Nottingham that week we had arrived with my wife as a party of three prompt for our reservation. Only to be told upon arrival that they are not doing afternoon teas but welcomed us to have a lunch. When we challenged the fact that we had only made the reservation less than 24hours prior, we were told no afternoon teas. We did stay and have a wonderful meal, however, had to eat more than we would have liked. No real apology given and we were caught between a rock and a hard place to venture out and find something else.

Business entertainment for a guest from Seattle staying at the hotel. Food was nice but completely forgot to cook one guest's meal!
