Atmosphere was nice and waiter was very knowledgable and friendly. Sadly one of our pasta dishes which we were sharing was like warm. Then unfortunately was the same for all our mains. It took a while to come out so have a feeling it was sitting for a while before being served. They re headed my potatoes though rest of the dish was still not hot enough. Slightly disappointed considering £23 for this.

A truly authentic Italian in East London. Good size portions. Great pasta.

The restaurant was not ready for the booking. There was no table for 5 and they accommodate us in a table for 4. The dishes came after one hour and they didn't get the order right. Staff rude and disorganised. Food came in backing trays and we were basically asked to serve ourselves in plates. Not coming back again.

Freshly made pasta, cooked to perfection. This is an absolute gem - it's cosy and warm, they bring around sample of the pasta available. It's always fresh and delicious combinations of classic, seasonal dishes.

Tasty but expensive food, service rather chaotic.

The food was lovely, and the staff were particularly helpful. The lady who seems to be the manager (looks like Alicia Dixon but prettier) is always (we've been a few times) very pleasant and engaging. However, on this visit, we waited a very long time for our food - too long. There were also a couple of small things that could be improved such as we had to ask for the salt and pepper (it looked as if they had been forgotten to be given out across the restaurant, and we had to ask for the table water to be refilled. They aren't big things, but some of your competition nail this so of course, you need to know. Lastly, we were sat by the door and of course it was regularly being opened making us cold, I personally had to shut it about five times throughout the night - this is obviously specific to the table, but still, I'd go elsewhere if I had to sit at that table in winter again.

I have booked the table on the website the same day and when we arrived the waiter gave us a table on the basement between the toilets and the kitchen.... I asked to have another table as it was my partner birthday and the point of going to the restaurant was to spend a nice evening in a nice place. Apparently it was impossible. The food was good but nothing amazing... The waiter was nice but the service took way too long for the simple burrata and pasta we ordered. Overall there is a lot of Italian restaurants in the area way cheaper and nicer to go to.

Authentic Italian cuisine in a remarkably quaint setting - truly a hidden gem in London. It felt like being on a holiday in Puglia!
