We loved the restaurant, it pairs amazing views over London with a private, cosy atmosphere. It's perfect for date-nights, especially if you land a table next to the window. In many restaurants such as this you pay for the view without necessarily getting a good food or service experience. This assumption could not be more wrong for Bokan. The service is excellent, attentive and friendly and the food is great. The lamb was our absolute favorite. We also enjoyed the bar upstairs, which has a much more casual atmosphere, perfect or a couple of drinks after work. The only thing that could be improved is the speed of service at the bar. It takes a long time to get drinks from the bar, even without any queues and the tables get cleaned/served slowly as well.

Booked this for the weekend after Valentine's day for my girlfriend and I. The food was OK but my main was absolutely dreadful. It was meant to be slow cooked beef but half of it was chewy gristle and couldn't be eaten. The general service started off good but as the lunch went on tailored off considerably. As we got up to leave our table at the end we fed back to the to the waitress and then saw her speak with the disinterested french head waiter, whose response was simply "don't worry about it" and waved away the waitress.

There were 3 of us who came for a bottomless brunch and it was really lovely. Great food and great service. Staff were very attentive and were constantly topping up our drinks. Although wasn’t particularly busy when we came, still had a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
