Only one comment/suggestion. We have been twice in the past 4 weeks and it's the same menu. As there is limited choice (5 dishes per course from memory) - particularly as I'm gluten free - I would suggest changing one dish a week. When asked, the waiter said you change the menu every three months. If that's the case we will dine no more than once a quarter.

Went to bluebells for a birthday treat, and as always they didn’t disappoint. The food was exceptional I would recommend the ham hock fritters and I had the cherry mouse for desert which was sublime. The ambiance is relaxing and the staff wonderful.

Tried Bluebells a few times since the move to this new location. The food is exceptional, so much so we have booked Christmas lunch. However what makes it a particularly rewarding experience is the welcome by the owners (I think) and the friendly professional staff who looked after us.
Beautifully set out it is an intimate experience even when full.

Pretty average. The menus weren’t brought to the table for at least twenty minutes. 12.5% inclusive service!! Food a bit prissy for me. What’s with the foam on my starter? Looks like something unpleasant from a disenchanted sous chef. Wine list not enough sensibly priced options. Main course just OK.

This was our first visit to the New Bluebells’s, our whole experience was faultless, so looking forward to our return visit in September to celebrate my husbands birthday.

a well decorated restaurant, serving a classic menu of well prepared food. Rich food in sensible portion sizes that left you full with good tasing food rather than heavy with an excess. The special of the day when we visited was the Fillet Beef Wellington. and is worth every bit of it's higher price tag. From canapes to dessert great tasting food and pleasant not over bearing service. Also nice to be allowed to sit and people watch/ digest our meal and not feel pressured into asking for the bill when the meal was finished.

Our first but definitely not last visit. Fabulous food - I had the fois gras brûlée starter ( a special) which was outstanding! Attentive but not intrusive service. Loved it!

Dining at Bluebells is a pleasurable experience. The food is fantastic and the service is first class, personally overseen by the owner who is always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly. The dishes are inventive, tasty and well presented, by a very talented chef.
