This small restaurant is housed in the famous St Germain quarter of Paris in the 6th arrondissement and is over 25 years old. Managed by the Poulat family, it is a lovely mix of rustic charm and Art Deco bistro style. Traditional French cuisine is served using the freshest of produce. Enjoy lighter dishes sin the summertime such as fresh goat's cheese with olive oil and tapenade and terrine of courgettes with tomato coulis. During the colder months choose a tasty octopus salad with warm apples or for the gourmets amongst us the 7 hour lamb with prunes and potatoes dauphinois or the duck breast with honey. Don't forget the delicious dessert of the day. Open 7 days a week, Bistrot Henri offers sought after French food at great prices.

Had a wonderful rustic dinner. Best Terrine and duck I have had in Paris. Very small restaurant so definitely wise to book.

We dined at 8. Meal was fabulous. The apple dessert with prunes was not my favorite, but the chocolate mousse was delicious.

had to wait 20 mins at the street - even that we had done a booking. Didnt offer anything to reduce the waiting time. Food was good, handling of wine, more than bad. Tryed to serve us an open bottle of Champagne, and they didnt in general open the bottles at the table. when they are cheating with the wines Im thinking about where they else are cheating....
