Staff as always in the restaurant were courteous and keen to make the experience a wonderful evening. It is a delightful restaurant with a lovely mood, perfect for all occasions be it meeting with a group of friends, business dining to impress or something a little more intimate. I ate a vegetarian meal and the beetroot with goats cheese starter was gorgeous. A little more choose with the vegetarian main meals would be appreciated, I found it very limiting. Even a veggie burger option would be a start! We went on a quiet evening and were allowed to choose our own table which was a nice touch.

It was okay. The set menu was a bit limited. Two of the dishes had Roquefort cheese which I don't like so limited my choice. Perhaps look at the whole menu and see how it fits together. We also felt everything seemed to come with bread or croutons. . I like hotel du vin service was good staff very pleasant. But next time would check out the set menu more before booking.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The waiting staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Our 3 courses were prompt with no waiting in between. It's not our first visit here and we chose Hotel du Vin to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday as we love the restaurant and it's Georgian feel. The only slight niggle was the vegetarian mains choice which none of (4 vegetarians) were very keen on. With hindsight we wish we had ordered the salad without the pancetta. But this was a set menu through an online offer to be fair. Otherwise a truly fab experience and we look forward to our next visit :)

Couldn't fault it, the staff were very good and even explained options on special menu deals. The service was prompt, attentive but not intrusive and the food was excellent. We used the set menu option and couldn't believe how good it was, extremely good value and quality for the money.
