Meal was booked as part of a hotel package. Atmospheric restaurant in old hall. Friendly and obliging staff. Food was beautifully presented and enjoyable.

Friendly and very attentive service by Tan. Catering for my food intolerance was not a problem. Excellent meal in every way especially the dessert which was vegan. Thank you Tan for making it so enjoyable. Hope we can come back another time!!!

The evening meal was superb, food quality, service and restaurant. Was very happy with the evening meal.
At breakfast the plates were cold so the breakfast had gone cold by the time breakfast was finished.
The scones with the afternoon tea were very good but the cake selection very average. Think a choice of sandwiches is something to be looked at also to make it stand out from other places.

Lovely old building and grounds. Small menu to select from but it was well done. 3 of us had something different for each course (rack of lamb, swordfish and steak for mains) and it was all good. Service was good, despite there being a big wedding on in the function rooms and the restaurant being full (overbooked). Decor a bit tired. Also had Sunday Lunch here which was good
