Just a 2-minute walk from Blackfriars Underground station in the City, the Bengal Tiger is a superb stop after a busy day at the office, with a modern decor and a well-stocked bar. Set throughout two floors, the restaurant offers a wide selection of Indian dishes, all of which have been prepared with the finest ingredients, which the restaurant has sourced from all over the world. Freshly cooked to order, from exotic starters, mouth watering main courses, side dishes and accompaniments, the Bengal Tiger aims to offer a truly authentic dining experience rather than just a simple meal. If you are looking to hold a private party or function, the lower floor is an ideal spot for a little extra privacy. The staff know that Indian cuisine can be confusing to first-time diners, so feel free to ask them for their recommendations from the excellent menu if you can't decide.

Customer reviews for Bengal Tiger
((((( 22 December 2010 by lukey8585 from London
Had a few evening drinks in the area and decided to eat. Most places were full but stumbled upon Bengal and they squeezed us in. Very friendly and attentive staff even as busy as they were. The Food was top-draw, delicate, flavoursome and firey. We had an awesome starter platter to share and curries and sides all very good. Large bottles of beer bumped up the price a bit but still pretty reasonable
