A number of dining options are available, from the a la carte menu, to Benares sharing platters and pre-theatre set menus.

A cooling but bold dessert menu is served at Benares restaurant, with rose bhapa doi, hibiscus sorbet and fresh raspberries a popular choice. An extensive wine list is also available, with expert recommendations by a sommelier to accompany key dishes. An inventive, tantalising cocktail menu is showcased at Benares in London, with options like the trademark zingy passion fruit chutney martini.

Friendly, good food, excellent atmosphere. Issue with the bill that had to be thrashed out. Ultimately a reasonable solution but required more effort than it should. Would certainly visit again.

Benares combines fine dining and Indian cuisine, and every dish is unique and delicious. A 'must go' restaurant every time I am in London

Excellent food and service - staff very good with young children - although not the cheapest restaurant in town

Service was fine and nice setting but the portions on the set menu were very small and overall not good value

Been here many times before. We were a party of 8 celebrating my birthday on Saturday 30th November. We have always had different meals every time we have visited and have never been disappointed by the excellent quality of the food and the service. This trip was no exception, fabulous, faultless food and excellent wine. If you want to eat top quality Indian food that is different to anything that you will find on the high street then make your way to Berkley Square
