The service was good. We didn't wait too long for our meals & when the food arrived, it was delicious. The portions were a good size & the price was affordable. I enjoyed our meal thoroughly & we left there feeling full.

Took a while to get served, restaurant was draughty. Waiter very friendly but overworked as he appeared to be alone half way through the evening. The other staff seemed to melt away. Some menu items were unavailable which I found astonishing for a large chain restaurant so close to London and the M4. How difficult is it to keep a restaurant fully stocked? I've just returned from Italy and every little mountain restaurant I visited had a full menu. Why can't we get this right in England? What we ordered was fine but the staff didn't look like they were enjoying their work. Some of our tableware wasn't particularly clean but was replace by the waiter. An overall average visit, but we like the convenience of the place so will probably visit again.
