We were allocated a table in the window that was very nice. The service and food was very good would go again. We were also using Tesco vouchers which made it very good value.

WE have been going to this restaurant 4 or 5 times a year for the last 5 years. The previous two visits were far from wonderful. BUT, last nights experience was simply dreadful. The lighting was all full on. So a bit like eating in a McDonalds. The first house was prawns. That were soggy and wet and tasteless. The main course was served up on cold plates. Roast chicken was so dried out it was like eating cardboard. The onions rings were soggy and oozing grease, even the mushrooms were deep fried and saturated in cooking oil. The highlight was the fresh rocket sprinkled over everything. The table staff were pushy and seemed to have no time. It was all rush, rush rush. WE will not be back.

    Service and food very good
Only below expectation was tiramisu but waitress did say may disappoint so at least honest
But was promoted at table so I would expect to be a better dish at least comparable to picture
