Lovely to be back for a delicious meal, great service and good atmosphere, tables spaced out well

Website has different menu to the one in restaurant. Seem to be cutting back. No cream or vanilla ice cream recently and had run out of the wine we liked.

It enjoyed the food, but I do feel that the staff are struggling with the amount of covers.

The booking for, 7 adults, a three year old and a baby in a pushchair were accommodated perfectly. The service was great and so was the food. Unfortunately we didn't have time to sample dessert due to a very important appointment with father Christmas but there is always next time. :)

Excellent food and service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I specifically requested a table where we would be warm when I booked online as I have previously been there and been extremely chilly, as every time the door is opened a massive draught is felt. Not sure why there aren’t two doors to prevent this... We weren’t given a table out of the draught and couldn’t tell why not. It wasn’t full by any means but we had a 25 minute wait for our meal which is more than usually do when it’s full!
