Excellent dinner out with family. Got Tesco vouchers, so was a bonus to the wallet.
Desert was running out, but I got the last small piece, but served with ice cream and didn't had to pay for the desert alt all. Made me happy :)

    The restaurant needs a clean
    Thick dust by serving plates
    Noisy booth by telling chef
Tasteless main waitress did not ask why when I returned my main and didn't offer refund
    Pudding was not as expect
Cookie dough was slight warm not like I have had before !
My husband enjoyed his meal but really sat under dirty racks and a telling chef what an ambience
    Would not revisit!!!
Bristol cribs was lush last month.,,
Puddings served without spoons ... of course I guess we have fingers??
Thanks for my birthday meal Bella Italia went home and made toast

The food was good but service was very slow. The restaurant was empty and yet we had to wait for drinks to be ordered, and then again to order food. Service was slow for each course and we were unable to have a dessert or coffee as we were going to the cinema at 5.10 and have run out of time. Our table was booked for 3.45. It was a shame because staff are friendly.

Not great service. Also, had no lasagne which is the reason why I chose the resteraunt in the first place.
