Booking was for 7.30pm for 6 people. We arrived dead on time and were shown through a very busy restaurant to our table. After 5mins we were given our menus and asked if we would like a drink. 10mins later we were asked for our order then 40minutes later our starter arrived. Thereafter service improved. Unfortunately the starters were cold, however the rest of the food was of a reasonable standard. I particularly like the twist on the classic fish'n'chips where you got calamari, prawn and cod with chips. Perhaps they were just having an off night but I'd think twice about going here again for dinner. It was a special occasion and the wait for any food and lack of apology for the wait let them down big time.
