Was ok. First waitress was lovely but on change of shift we had a waitress that had obviously got out of the wrong side of bed! Food was simple but nice. Don't sit by the door as continuous draft and cold. Not good for my elderly mum. Don't let this put you off Bella Italia as other restaurants have been fab!

We were visiting London for the day travelling from Norfolk. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Great service from waitresses. Food excellent apart from the carbonara meal. It was very dry, no sauce and two bits of fatty streaky bacon on top. This meal was ordered as we have had this in Norfolk (throroughly delicious) but very disappointed in this branches. We did speak to the waitress and she said she agreed but would tell the chef. I personally had the new meal 'pollo robiolo' which was absolutely scrumptious.
When I booked the table I said we had a wheelchair user with us- when we arrived everyone was very kind and helpful and just managed to fit in. Although we managed my father had to leave the restaurant to use a toilet else where as there was no disabled toilet facilities. All toilets down stairs.
But all in all very enjoyable for a party of 11. We also had in our party two friends which have never had an 'Bella italia' experience and they would go back to our local branch in Norwich Norfolk. Thankyou

Wonderful Italian meal at Bella Italia. Our party had mini chiabatta bread loaves and cheesey garlic bread as starters. Delicious. They get our saliva running and we are ready for more great treats. Sirloin steak and carbonara pasta are the mains. Steak cooked to order and very tasty. Carbonara was prepared also to our order with no leek. Very good for both dishes. Ambiance is great. Attentive waiters, particularly Pedro. Wonderful meal out. Will return.

Service was excellent, despite it being a very busy Saturday lunchtime. We arrived a little early but they got our table ready as quickly as they could. Food was lovely and I would highly recommend the cocktails (especially the Mojito!). Value was amazing - £25 each for 3 courses, a glass of wine and a cocktail. We did have a voucher for money off the main courses which helped, but for the location and quality of food we really expected to pay more.

Very nice. Tasty food and good service. Didn't have first choice of dish unfortunately.
