Lovely food lovely service

I had a great meal here with my husband and 6yr old granddaughter. I’m a coeliac and need a gluten free meal. The gf pizza I had was delicious and the gf menu was amazing. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive.

It all started to go wrong as soon as we arrived in not being allowed to sit where we wanted to. There was a significant waiting time before any waitress took our order and there did not seem to be enough staff working. We had to change our starter as the mushrooms had run out. The meatballs we had were very good. However after another significant wait our main courses arrived which could have been warmer and had looked as though they had been left standing. This has not happened on previous visits so this was very disappointing. However it should be noted the waitress who served our table was very efficient.

Another great meal, Ribs with onion rings and BQ sauce. Service was good and as always very pleasant and helpful staff. This restaurant is clean and you always feel relaxed when having a meal. please pass my comments on to all the staff at Bela Italia at Horwich.

Not very impressed , no best restaurant features I'm afraid. We waited such a long time to be served thought we were going to be late for the cinema. Is it the best Italian l have been to not at all , won't be going again.
