The afternnon tea was very good as expected. Big Bonus points for the two waiters that really take pride of their job and made our experience even better.

With a tranquil village feel just off the high street, Bea's of Bloomsbury Marylebone is a quaint, cosy setting to enjoy a sumptuous selection of afternoon teas. Inside there are soft pastel colours and plush leather banquettes, as well as window seating to watch the world go by over a handmade cake or glass of champagne.

Artisan afternoon teas are the speciality on the Bea's of Bloomsbury menu, and come highly recommended by various city guides. Mini brioche buns come with classic fillings like smoked salmon with crème fraîche, as well as more contemporary treats like avocado with dukkha spiced yoghurt. Fresh homemade scones are served with generous helpings of jam and clotted cream, and there are all kinds of beautiful cakes, pastries and macaroons too. Diners can add glasses of champagne to their meals, and there are special gluten-free and vegetarian afternoon tea menus too.

Popular brunches are also served at Bea's of Bloomsbury in Marylebone, which include rustic sandwiches, soups, salads, and Mediterranean classics like lasagne. A select wine list sits alongside champagne and prosecco, while the loose leaf tea range includes inventive herbal infusions.

A delightfully quaint tea room with pavement seating outside, Bea's of Bloomsbury Marylebone is a 7-minute walk from Baker Street Tube Station.

Afternoon tea was underwhelming. Service was a bit slow and we’re clueless about pre order even though I had to pay 50%deposit to confirm the booking. The sandwiches and cakes were nothing special either considering the price and the reputation of this place.

Lovely tea as usual. Bea's has switched up their sandwiches to all open face on mini brioche buns. They were good, especially the speck, but I missed their more traditional sandwiches of before. I like the "crispy" scones. And the sweets were delicious as usual! Tiny space so pre-booking is a must!

We had afternoon tea and it was nothing really to write home about. We had to ask for anything we wanted as no one came back to check in with us. At one point I had to ask twice for a pot of tea as the first person I asked forgot. The scones we had were very hard and crumbled when we cut into them. The brioche sandwiches were nice and so was the tea. Apart from that nothing else stood out for us and we left without paying the service charge as we had none.

It was fantastic. The boutique is gorgeous, food scrumptious and service spot on. We had a vegetarian and gluten free request which was provided with no issues and at no extra cost.

Afternoon tea was fantastic, the food was of great quality and variety, as well as being huge! They catered for our requirements of gluten free and fish allergy without fuss, having already prepared special items for us before we arrived. Service was impeccable and the whole thing offered great value for money. Will definitely be going back!
