Very disappointing! Used to love this place. Service and food were very poor. A lot of money for a terrible meal.

Horrendous service, no wine list, mediocre food. Real shame as a location is fabulous

Do not go here. I Was very excited for my valentines dinner. We had to wait 25 minutes for our water when we sat down, another 20 minutes for our drinks and food. It was that bad we were discussing with the couples either side of us how disappointed we were. 4 other couples left within and hour before receiving their food, and we left after our main. Do not recommend.

Food to expensive, not good quality. Price/performance ratio is not correct.

Experience was disappointing. Were seated in a noisy area with loud music. The menu card was very limited (menus on the website not available) and 3 out of th 5 main courses were not available! Quality of food was fine.

The place was very lovely and we got a lot of attention at first but after our main meal no one came over with a dessert menu and with a quarter bottle of wine and full glasses left the waiter came over with our bill saying they are closing in 10 mins. We thought it was rude and bad service for a restaurant that only had 4 people in it. We felt rushed out.

I booked a table here for my Boss and his Wife after being told about this place years ago. On entering the place I thought I'd really done the right thing here however we sat down for a good while before I had to then go find someone to take our order! I hate complaining and hardly ever do but we waiting over 40 minutes for our drinks, with no sign of our food order. Very Disappointing:(

As always, a great venue for the cool and quirky vibe but sadly let down by the food offering which is sadly lacking for cost of it! This place will not survive on the past laurels, judging by the amount of very poor reviews in Trip Advisor, we got away lightly!

We were entertaining guests and having held a party here some three years ago were looking forward to giving them a lovely evening in a beautiful setting with good food. From start to finish it was an awful experience. We (and everyone around us) experienced terrible service We waited 30 minutes for 2 beers to arrive (we had to order them 3 times) We nearly left before ordering as it was just too painful. Every time we tried to get the waitresses attention she was chatting to the man who was front of house, with her back to the tables she was looking after. We ordered good wines but they were served in horrid cheap glasses. We wanted to order sides with our meal but the waitress disappeared in a flash and we couldn't get her attention again. The food came at different times and was of a terrible standard - we all left quite a bit of our meals. We went to another restaurant for our desert. The two tables either side of us were complaining too. We were told that one waiter hadn't turned up and that there was a party upstairs. Neither of these excuses explained the terrible service or the bad quality of food. We will definitely not come back and will make it clear to anyone considering booking that it is a bad idea!! What a shame for such a potentially amazing venue. If I owned this restaurant - I would be furious with the staff on that night for giving my venue such a bad reputation.
