Opened in 2006, Bastille is a contemporary bistro and wine bar, serving classic bistro fare with modern interpretations. Chef Christophe Poteaux and Michelle Garbee-Poteaux (formerly Executive Chef and Pastry Chef of Aquarelle at the Watergate Hotel) are the heart and soul of Bastille. Their bold flavours, infused in the rich and exciting culinary creations, make Bastille the perfect place for a romantic night out, impressing your business clients or a refined wine dinner with friends. The hand-picked wine selections offer more than 120 labels, with over twenty of them available by the glass or tasting pour (half glass). Bastille is best-described as a "bistro gastro" and renowned as a simple and comfortable setting, serving fine food at bistro prices.
