Really tasty. Server was new and slow. They had run out of most of their specials at 8pm, which was quite disappointing.

Barrica is one of our favourite Spanish restaurants in London. The team are superb: friendly and welcoming with great charm and humour.
Food is excellent - as authentic as anywhere in town. Everything on the menu is spot-on but if I had to call out favourites: the lomito stands out from the cured meats; 'make your own pan con tomate' is a really nice touch, with the toasted bread and crushed tomato on the side; the lamb shoulder with pear is sublime (one of the best dishes I have tasted in a Spanish restaurant) and the espinacas a la catalana is brilliant. I take friends and business guests here and they always love the whole experience.

Very good food, as ever! The squid, pork terrine and steak are all excellent and good value for money.
My only slight complaint is that they seem to be putting a little less tomato sauce on the patatas bravas than before - which is a shame because it’s lovely!!
A very good experience overall and always recommend to anyone in the area.

Great food- all the dishes were delicious, if a little small (3 anchovies, each on a chicory leaf £6.95- you get the idea). Service was poor. I arrived last in our party of 5 and nobody asked if I needed a drink despite the rest of the table having one in front of them already. Whenever we looked over to the waiting staff in an attempt to order another drink, more bread etc they were NEVER looking in the dining area's direction. We had to wave frantically or even just go over to the bar area even though it wasn't very busy. Staff were very nice.
