Atmosphere a little flat the restaurant was quite empty, staff seemed to be hanging around a little. Food some dishes are really nice others are a little bland I have been a few times now & the menu is getting a little boring now nothing has changed on it that much maybe a few specials would be an idea

My husband and I were greeted on entry by Nicole and shown to our seat by the canal window. From the start and all the way through our meal she was a credit to your establishment. The food we chose was served quickly and both starter and mains were of a high standard and very enjoyable.

Quick easy booking, quiet and we’re seated before reservation time. Food was poor for what was expected, waiter dropped knife when collecting plates which has resulted in tomato sauce marking my shirt (still present after 3 washes)

Staff great very attentive to detail. Unfortunately food was not as good this time. Burger looked a bit disappointing. Great relaxed decor and atmosphere.

The food was a complete disgrace, The way it was presented was unhygenic, on a chipped wooden stand with one plate and one set of cutlery for all courses. We ordered a bottle of wine which tooke 20 minutes to reach the table, because, the one corkscrew in the establishment had gone on a comfort break. How was Marco Pierre Whites (Bardolino,s) DISGUSTING
