    We had a lovely afternoon teas ,staff including chef were fabulous,met all our needs dietary wise ,could not ask for anything more just perfect

    Everything was lovely, very friendly staff Food was lovely apart from chocolate brownie my own personal thing I don't eat chocolate cake find it too heavy and stodgy but that's personal. Very relaxed in there just a nice pleasant afternoon.

    Sorry it was Very poor ,, food not up to the standard I expected and the menu was more of a pub lunch standard !! It was my friends 50th birthday and we were expecting to go up to the 25th floor but the chief came out and apologised

    Traditional afternoon tea was great. The scones were the best I have had for a considerable time. Staff were attentive and very efficient.

    Food was pleasant but the service was slow given there were only about 10 people in the restaurant at the time. Good value but only because they were offering 50% main meals for January.

    Vile. There was glass in the GF brownie. The staff were rude snd lent across us as we were eating . Paid a lot of money for rubbish. You wont do anything at all as your hopeless. No stsrs or recommendations at all!!!!

    I had a terrible time at the restaurant, the head waiter kept asking us what we wanted even though we had only just sat down and were still looking at the menu, when we asked him to give us a few minutes he huffed and looked a little put out. When we finally put in our order our mains arrived before our starters, when we asked where our starters were the waiter looked confused and had to go to the kitchen, he came back and said they would come out soon, when they did come out one was wrong and we were still missing one, the head waiter then argued with us and accused us of ordering the wrong thing on the menu when we pointed out his error he did not apologise. The bill at the end was incorrect, the food was overcooked and not flavoured very well, I am very much sure pasta should be al dente but they were all mushy. I noticed other customers had received incorrect orders too and no one left a tip which was unsurprising.
