Saturday night at Bar Gansa is a lively experience. Very busy when we arrived but got sat quickly by our friendly waitress. Started by ordering a jug of sangria, mainly because the table next to us had the same and it looked great! Very tasty and morish! We decided to go for the Paella Valenciana for 2 people and a few tapas. The tapas came first and were lovely. The Paella was plentiful and extremely tasty, really enjoyed the food! I would definately recommend!

We visited Bar Gansa on a Thursday evening, it was busy when we arrived which is always a good sign. The food seems to have a slight twist to traditional tapas, traditional tapas are there but also such things as pork belly with caramel sauce, lamb cutlets with pesto etc. As a group we went for a selection of their 'tablas', nicely presented on wood boards followed by paella which was delicious! Service was very friendly and relaxed, we were left to enjoy our time and not rushed at all. A very pleasing evening, would go back again when in the area.
