It was very busy, so service was slow. Only had time to have our main.

The food was lovely but we had to wait an hour for our main course, which we then had to rush in order to get to the theatre in time.

My first visit and to be honest I am not sure I will return. Was seated very quickly and served drinks but had to call for food order to be taken and 55 minutes after sitting down we had still not been served our food despite people arriving after us having got theirs. After asking we got our food but one meal had to be returned as undercooked and the three pasta dishes which should have been served in a creamy sauve had no sauce but just pasta and seafood. To be fair they deducted 10% from our bill without us asking but that doesn't make up for the ruined meal.

It was absolutely disgusting. The starters were cold (garlic bread and brushetta) and the main course pizzas were over-cooked and not worth the money although the pasta our family members had was good and fresh. I would not recommend the calzone at all! Short staffed too although the staff did the best they could.

Arrived at 5.30, starters at 6pm. Good food. No main course by 6.50 - theatre performance at 7.30. Left at 6.50 as nobfood had arrived and even it had we would not have had time to enjoy it. Very cross. Will not be using Azzurro again. Excuse from Azzurro staff - sorry we are very busy and understaffed.

Excellent experience. No problem booking online. Welcomed when we arrived. Food was excellent and the service was just as I like it - there when you needed it but not obtrusive (and a very welcome lack of "Hi Guys"!). Excellent value meal and fine preparation for the show (The Little Mermaid) that we wen to see. Thank you very much.
