Booking the table was simple, the meal however waan't very good. I was given the wrong pizza but ate it anyway. We don't think the waitress had any formal training, as when she brought our drinks, my partners was placed on the otherside of our table, behind water jug, candle, condiments etc, but she was pleasant enough.
My partners dessert was pretty bad, looked like meringue from a packet and not freshly made on site.
A way over priced meal. We were very dissapointed.

Service was great but the burger was dry and overcooked. Really poor value for money too.

Risotto was very tasty . A small glass of wine is very expensive

Lovely table decorated for my friends birthday. Sadly the food was disappointing. My friend had a chicken dish that looked quite pink and no discount or reduction was offered.

Absolutely dreadful. It’s never been the best place to eat but they have a prime spot right next to theatre in woking so they should focus on getting that audience right.
We ordered at 6.15pm and finally got our food at 7pm (30mins before the performance started). We ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was raw in the middle, the pasta was dry due to a lack of sauce and the chicken Milanese was bone dry and the chips were not cooked. I have never received such a bad meal in all my life. To make it worse, the manager was nowhere to be seen so we had to complain to a server, who, to be honest, deserves to be manager considering the skill in which she dealt with a lot of angry tables.

Sorry to report but great disappointment. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad which came with what looked like a piece of toast on top. This turned out to be the chicken, all dried up. I Sent it back and was promised a replaced which never came. My friend ordered spaghetti Bolognese which had very little meat and all spagetti. Because it was mixed in you couldn't take out the spaghetti. I ordered a coffee which didn't taste of anything more than not milk. I left nearly all of it.
After complaining (nicely) we were offered 10% discount. I said that was not enough so we were then offered 25%. Even that was not enough because my meal was only lettuce and a few uncooked croutons.
The restaurant was booked in my name but paid for by my friend.
I will say, the waitress was 100% excellent but did not check about the chicken, but relied on others to deliver which the failed to do.

Food was slow, staff under trained and food not cooked when arrived. Mains came out at the same time as the starters.
