Explained we had not eaten this cuisine before and the waiter was more than happy to explain everything. He was very friendly and welcoming and even brought the chef out to meet us after our meal. The chef chatted and told us about where he had worked in London and with some very famous chefs! He cooks all the food and it was absolutely brilliant. No complaint at all. We were eating fairly early evening (7.30 p.m) and not many diners in, so atmosphere was quiet, but that did not deter from a lovely evening with old friends, and now new ones!!
