Quality of food poor, wasn’t impressed I visited restaurant few years ago and it’s massively gone down in my book was put in a secluded booth away from the restaurant.

A beautifully appointed restaurant and not at all dark considering it is subterranean. The service was excellent throughout. We thought the menu was rather confusing although did have guidance. Decided on easy option of Bento Box which was interesting and enjoyable.

Requested a booth & we were given one, when we asked when being shown to our table. Dishes, well we like the small plate idea a lot ! The oysters were gorgeous, the scallops & the new king prawns. The Asian coleslaw was gorgeous.

Amazing experience, all the food was excellent. Service was impeccable. Especially nice touch giving my son a glass of champagne for his graduation. Highly recommend the beef sharing board.

Afternoon tea gives an impression of sandwiches and pots of tea, this is more eclectic and some of the offered items are more in sushi style but still very nice. Quite a lot of tasty cakes but not a great choice of teas just 3 or 4 to choose from and a small pot. Interesting and reasonably filling overall.

I am loyal and regular customer of Australasia and it's a typically a great place to eat. Unfortunately on this occasion the experience was absolutely woeful. The main issue being at the restaurant we were unceremoniously escorted out again and upstairs, to an entirely separate bar area called "The terrace". There were two other tables and 4 people in the entire place. I politely asked "We eat here all the time, can we eat in the restaurant please?" I was told "There is no chance of this, we are fully booked and you would have been informed you were in the bar". I showed them them the online booking which in no way states this, the member admitted as much as but stated "Nothing we can do". The whole experience was highly unsatisfactorily and my wife was left quite upset by the way her prior to this, favorite establishment treated us

Still serving up fabulous pan asian fusion food to very high standards. I love the soft shell crab here and the black cod. Great ambience. Great service. Gorgeous staff
