Had a table booked for 1pm, service was ok although difficulty understanding the waitress, that could have just been noise in the restaurant. One of the meals was a Chicken Pasta meal but the Chicken was off. This was reported at the end of the meal to the waitress but she just took the plates away and nothing was done or said. Will not be eating that dish again if we decide to revisit.

The food was good. Our main course was delivered very quickly - which was great as we had a 4 and 3 year old with us. But once the restaurant got busy, nobody asked us if we wanted anything else. We asked for a dessert. And then had to chase the waiters 3 times as it did not appear. The restaurant was busy at this point. But with two young children and approx. 25 minute wait for 1 dessert we weren't very happy. We would go back again - but would ensure we are clear we'd like our desserts quickly.

We dined at 7pm just before Christmas - staff tried to take our order almost before we sat down - then we realised why - there were 3 or 4 huge tables of Christmas parties going on. Once we did order (before the party tables) - our starter came within 3 or 4 mins, staff were a bit overstretched and it was hard to get attention, but the food was good and when they weren't panicking it was fine.

Service was very friendly and good except it was too slow for a business lunch.
