My wife was disappointed. We looked at the menu on line before booking and saw that there was a salmon salad which she intended to order. When we looked at the menu at the restaurant it did not exist. The waiter had no explanation. She had the chicken salad which she found boring and tasteless.

We booked a table for 10, 5 adults and 5 children. The service was excellent, lovely food, waiters were very good, we were allowed plenty of time to eat our meal, and have a chat. First class.

Service was relaxed but efficient. Glad we allowed 2 hours for the meal before going to a performance at Royal Albert Hall. Impressed that the special offers were descibed to us. Ambience was great with music set at a low level, although it began to get a bit noisy as it filled up (acoustics are the problem not the people) . Nice to have the option of 1/2 litre carafes of wine - just the right amount for my party of 3. Perhaps to be offered free tap water would have been a nice touch. Final bill was very reasonable given the location, service and food.

Friendly, attentive staff who really made our evening. We actually returned the next evening.
Food was freshly prepared and very tasty.
I was surprised that you do not give diners a dessert fork and spoon but expect them to eat with large utensials
Draught from the entrance doors was severe. I wonder how you manage in the winter.
I would definitely recommend Ask to my friends
