Restaurant description

Close to the famous Royal Pavilion, seafront and Theatre Royal Brighton, ASK Italian Brighton serves a range of Italian cuisine in modern surroundings.

Inspired by the Italian way of eating, ASK Italian celebrates mealtimes as an opportunity to connect with one another around the table. Start with a perfect-for-sharing antipasti board from the ASK Italian menu, and enjoy signature dishes from fresh pasta to crispy stone-baked pizzas with a great choice of toppings. And because there’s always room for dessert, diners can indulge in a selection of beautiful desserts including the chocolate Etna, served with plenty of theatre.

ASK Italian restaurants showcase Italian cuisine at affordable prices, with allergen information on hand if ever you need it, plus a fun kids menu. Premium beers, including Sicily’s most famous craft beer, Messina Bira, are available alongside Italian wines, cocktails and soft drinks, like a refreshing craft lemonade.

Brighton Rail Station is just a 9-minute walk away from the Brighton ASK Italian, and Brighton Pier is even closer.

We had a really nice time at ASK Italian, the food and staff were lovely, as was the venue. However we were dining with my elderly mother who is hard of hearing, and a family were seated next to us with noisy young children. I would like to feedback that in their venue in Brighton (with lots of different rooms/floors) it would be a good idea for ASK to make certain areas 'family' areas, so the rest of us can eat without lots of noise from small children. My mother mentioned how she was finding it hard to hear with the new arrivals next door.

Welcome was nice, a little misunderstanding with our preferred table at first but was immediately fixed. Food were good. The service were very good, they all kept checking if everything is okay. Will come back and we recommend this restaurant.

Service was very good but the food needs improvement. I’ve ordered the fresh pasta aragosta e gamberoni, pasta was dry, king prawn had a strong smell, not fresh anymore, the little prawns were soft and transparent, so I skipped all the important bits of the dish. But the service was very good, very attentive.
