I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service in this Hilton restaurant. We booked for 10 people and ended up with 2 late comers bringing the total to 12. The staff were very accommodating of the extra people and took their orders to be included with the main order. When the food was brought out there was a substantial delay in people getting their plates. This led to those with food waiting for those without and their meals getting cold. The quality of the food was extremely poor. Each persons dish was very underwhelming and we ordered a cross section across the menu so I think we had a fair representation. The service was good at the start of the meal but seemed to evaporate to the end even though the restaurant was probably only 50% capacity. When completing the feedback form provided in the restaurant, I asked my colleagues to help give an honest appraisal and typical marks out of 10 were in the 3-5 range. Such a shame, I would avoid this one in the future.
