A truly breathtaking restaurant in the Hyatt Regency, Aria showcases refined European cuisine. Guests can dine under the shimmering glass-roofed atrium, alongside trickling water features and suspended foliage.

Decadent seasonal flavours are weaved through the Aria menu, with favourites like confit duck leg with braised red cabbage and white bean cassoulet, or smoked haddock potato cake with a soft boiled egg. Indulgences for dessert include rich chocolate and blackberry torte, or zingy mango and passion fruit parfait with coconut cookies.

Spanning from breakfast to lunch and dinner, Aria Bistro in Birmingham offers a full menu, as well as lighter meals and afternoon teas. Cooling cocktails and fine wines can be enjoyed from the hotel’s Pub.

An earthy yet awe-inspiring setting, Aria on Broad Street is a 5-minute drive from Birmingham New Street Rail Station.

Very good service - delightful ambiance,
food excellent - as always. Somewhat surprises that the restaurant manager did not circulate to see how customers were, particularly as it was a quiet evening - this has always happened in the past . Cannot fault the excellent table service or the quality of the good. Thé wine list was excellent.

Went for pre-concert dinner menu. As expected choices were limited but the food and service were excellent

The food was very good. However, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. We were dining early before going to the theatre. The delay meant that we weren't able to have dessert or coffee. This was a loss to the restaurant too.

Splendid afternoon tea. Celebrating my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday and she really enjoyed it. Thank you for providing good service and good quality products.

For the price, not worth it. Everything tasted stale

Booked an afternoon tea for myself and a friend but the service was slightly disappointing as we were left sitting without a drink for about 15 minutes, I asked for a drinks menu but everybody seemed to disappear so I went and found one off another table. Eventually a lovely waitress did offer us some water and apologised for the wait.
I thought the afternoon tea was expensive for what it was, not much effort in the sandwiches, we had a vegetarian selection and it wasn't brilliant. Also we asked for soya milk with our tea and apparently they had none, which I find very disappointing for a hotel of that size.
The room we had tea in was lovely but quite messy when we walked in, they still seemed to be clearing up from another service.
It may well have have been a bad day as Celin Dion was staying at the hotel and was leaving just as we were so obviously there was quite a commotion and possibly the staff had been very busy and stressed but even bearing that in mind i was not that impressed and would have expected a better experience.
