amazing views. Meal was wonderful. there were a lot of wait staff but the service was not terrific. I think a bottleneck at the bar with not enough bar staff so cocktails were very late Very dark which worked for the wonderful views of London but it would have been uncomfortable for a business dinner

Excellent food with the right amount of time between the serving of courses. Waiters were excellent with appropriate interventions of service. Views fabulous. Needed coal miners helmet to see as it was too dark.

My only constructive criticism on the experience is the lady greeting us at the entrance of the restaurant. After I told her that we have a booking at 1:15pm at the restaurant, she asked if we have instead booked at Hutong which is a Chinese restaurant, without even looking at her booking sheet. Was it just because we are of Asian background? Felt rather unwelcome by her! Other than that, service, food and view were perfect!

The location is great. The view was amazing as you can see the whole of London in 360 degrees. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunset by the window dining seats. The service was decent from the waiting team. Even they accidentally spilled some water, they attended to us immediately. The key things were about food. We went for the wine pairing menu as it seems decent. We both had venison tartare which was nice but it could be more refined by using venision mince. The flavouring was abit overpowering hence we are giving it a 7/10. Then the long wait for main begin. It took about 40 mins for food to arrive. The ribs of beef were succulent and pairing with nicely mashed potatoes were delicious. We gave it an 8/10. Finally the dessert, we both had chocolate fudge cakes which was sadly dried. Pear and Apple puree are very mild which could be improved by more sweetness or sharpness. The quinnell was very mild too. The waitering service was good as they attended out need and complimentary us with extra glass of wine due to the long wait. In summary, excellent view, good service, but food was below expectations given the hype. (A fair comment from a trained chef at aged 17)

Panoramic views are amazing, food was great. Price wasn’t inc vat and with a bottle of still water and service charge what was a special offer soon became regular London prices. All said and done a lovely meal in a nice location.
