I booked the restaurant 3 months in a advance and requested a window table, on arrival i was informed we could not have a window seat (it was advised at point of booking this was my birthday) and there were only 2 table left which seat 3, however both booked. We were seated at a table for X8 people away from the window and to be honest felt the lady setting us really didn't want us to have a table we required. So we sit at a table for X8 and watch for 1.5 hour the window seat for X3 lay empty. all very sad and unnecessary. Having dined at the restaurant a few times the food has always been wonderful, however yesterday was a total disappointment ending with the trifle (there were only three desert option) being sold out!

The food was excellent but the service was very slow, and the restaurant was very noisy and it was a struggle to make conversation. The high noise level would put me off from dining there again.

Everything was wonderful, service impeccable, food divine. Only observation was the bathrooms were too dark and doors see through

Very noisy place, view is great, if you do not intend to spend 400£ on your dinner you are told to go at the bar( looks like they have a policy that obliges you to have a main at least).

The turkey lunch was lovely but the prawn starter was a big disaster. Lovely table and lovely views of London. Service was very good.

Venue is lovely and the views of London and the Thames are stunning. Even a loo with a view. Food was fine. Nothing remarkable and not as good as we’ve had before here but it was December and they were very busy.
