Recipient of a Michelin star, 4 AA Rosettes, and a top 15 spot in the UK's 100 Best Restaurants, Alyn Williams presents contemporary fine dining at his eponymously named restaurant at the 5-star Westbury Hotel in Mayfair. After 8 years working under Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, Alyn Williams' restaurant has emerged as one of the most luxurious places to eat in London.
The Alyn Williams menu is carefully crafted using the finest ingredients from local suppliers. A 7-course tasting menu features inventions like the foie gras with prune, celeriac, bacon and espresso, and langoustine with lemongrass, chilli and cucumber. Myriad cooking techniques are called upon for the a la carte menu, which includes succulent barbecued monkfish, griddled Scottish lobster and iced coconut parfait with lime and peanuts.
Gold-ringed napkins and luxurious suede dining chairs characterise the interior at the Alyn Williams restaurant, where wines are cherry-picked from the finest producers in France and the New World. Separate vegetarian menus allow diners to experience innovative combinations in dishes like the smoked egg, leek and truffle.
Alyn Williams at The Westbury Hotel is open Tuesday through Saturday. On Conduit Street in London, The Westbury is a 6-minute walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by all members of the resturant team during our visit, which gave the feeling of a relaxed fine dining environment. Seated in the classy dining room, we had the five course set menu with a glass of champange, canape's and a kitchen tour too. Based on the information I gave the Sommelier he recommended a lovely bottle of wine which complimented our meals perfectly. The food was presented beautifully by knowledgeable staff who described the wonderful food we were able to savour. Every course concentrated flavour into the dishes. We were introudced to the talented head Chef Tom Booton who gave as a kitchen tour and talked passionately about the menu, team and overall experience of the guests. My partner was given a complmentary birthday desert in addition to a goody bag containing two of the most delicious petit fours. Thank you for a super experience to all invovled, both those we met and those of you working hard behind the scene. x.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end, the plaice was melt in the mouth and the sommeliers choice of wine was just perfect.

food, service, drinks, everything about this meal was awesome. we loved it all, not a step out of place, no average courses it was simply perfect. the staff were as you would expect impeccable in every way. Loved the kitchen tour with Tom showing us around. Cant fault our experience and cant recommend the restaurant more highly. we would return in a heart beat
